  • We are transferring to DLT this weekend (takes forever because it is filmed in HD and has to compress to DV) and once that is done we will have it shipped off to our replicators! They usually take 2-3 weeks. We will make sure to update here and on our facebook page the second it is available! Thanks for the comments!

  • Do you know where i can download it?

  • un dia yo voy estar asi tmb.. me voy a matar con esteroides la unica!

  • I think most guys would prefer to look like Troy Alves does here .

He seems a perfect blend between athletic and big !

  • @hungarianbeast yea I agree, johnnie jackson my favorite bb to watch train gets me amped for the gyym. I did some warm up setson the bench with half reps and it blew my chest up, way more isolation I am not training for bb though so I would rather to full reps to icorporate more muscles

  • the Kai Greene part in this dvd is the most motivating workout i have ever seen, its just ridiculous

  • If I looked like that, I'd never wear a shirt.

  • What's the song of this video?

  • @KHLB516 It depends on how you wanna train. I personally prefer going heavy weights but weights which I can handle with strict forms. As for Branch and Johnnie, they're all about pounding the weights as hard as they can. Half reps is actually an extremely efficient technique to isolate and exhaust the targeted muscles to the max.
