Google Video has this as I post this reply.
Else you can find it searching
"harold pinter nobel prize acceptance speech" through google.
On a similar note to this speach: CHECK OUT Howard Zinn's People speak. Especially, for me
Stacey Ann Chin, who performs the poem The Low Road by Marge Piercy

@andlookmore Except that we now can't here in the UK, because Channel 4 has seen fit to block our viewing of what everyone informs me was a memorable, life-affirming speech "on copyright grounds". I'm sure Pinter would have laughed out loud at the irony of this. I however, am not laughing. Fuck you, Channel 4.

Harold Pinter wrote and spoke from the heart. All his life he opposed oppression. Along with Beckett, he was the most important and influential playwright of the 20th century. His work is eloquent, surprising and always hilarious. He won the Noble prize, and only a handful of countries around the world have not seen his 29 brilliant plays, not to mention his many screenplays. if you'd like your views to matter, I suggest you get off youtube, and get to work.
