Log in on the character you want to redeem an item with. Make sure you have one free inventory slot in each of the five categories. Go to the Cash Shop. Click on the "Code" button at the bottom right. Type in your code without hyphens, click OK.

These images are from the database that comes with the CD from the iTCG starter set. The digital images don't include codes because they are distributed to everyone. Codes appear randomly on physical cards.
