The film is of the trip to Fair Isle, to write and and record with folk singer and poet, Lise Sinclair.
Fair Isle is perched in the middle of the North Sea and sits midway between the Shetland Islands, the most northerly point in the United Kingdom, and the Orkney Islands.
The lyrics were written by Lise about her experience of living by the sea in Fair Isle, which is Britain's most remote inhabited island.
All of the players on the track are from the island itself (apart from John Robertson who played bass back in London).
Special thanks is due to all the islanders for their warm hospitality and contributions to the track and film.
