@bjugler Exactly. It's good to know that at least someone takes their oath seriously, eh? I've been watching Lee since before he got the GOP nod to run for senate, and I truely believe that he would be doing the same thing if this were a republican POTUS doing this.

That's right, Senator Lee can see beyond the question of whether the appointments are good or not and sees the real concern that the President is acting beyond his authority to appoint them. President Obama is ignoring the Constitution by circumventing the Senate when he is required under the Constitution to seek their "Advice and Consent".
