"...any kind of negative nature on the employee..."...as perceived by you, of course. Managers are authoritarian personality types by nature - almost natures sick joke upon regular people's lives. So, let me get this straight...in order to make an income by working hard, being efficient, and being conscientious ...I have to listen to your shit? Mangers are the wart on the ass of the workplace...they prevent effective profitmaking by their idiocy.
