@rainlover84 It depends on the recipe - sometimes you can use a 50/50 mix of rice vinegar and water and sometimes you can simply leave it out :)

Hi Lila! I have never had this! It looks very good. Maybe I can pick some Lotus root in LA and give it a try! I have seen it in Asian grocery stores but had no idea how to use it. Thanks!
