  • @pressbox1492 why do white men invade countries, bomb and kill innocent people over monetary agenda they are pushing, which is taking other nations resources. Yes the white man is the deceiver.

  • @jojo24love then why do so many black kill others blacks in this country? Wait, I know, it's the white mans fault. Why bother

  • @smokeykeita whites are the savages. The so called white man is the devil

  • Slavery is certainly an international law it is not what the United States says its not the United States is guilty of a crime against humanity. immunity i to protect itself from crimes committed against humanity to off set taking responsibility for allowing Slavery ; it was illegal to enslave Whites; it was not to enslave Blacks are we then saying that Whites were obviously ignorant would it mean white were the savages and has emerged later to a reality that all men under God are free .

  • It make me feel good to hear Howard Dodson talk the ideology to offset Reparations by those who have benefited from Slavery as he says is self evident the American Government has a first had record of the discourse that slavery posed to the Africans and the Descendants

  • @postalmeter This person is a terrible person. .If there is a hell, she/he will go there when they die. Do not listen to what she/he says. He is approaching this topic with no humanity whatsoever.

  • Likewise, Japanese citizens were interned in VIOLATION of their rights, as with the violations of the recognized legal rights of the Native Americans.

There was NO illegal conduct with regard to slaves.

He says reparations are "Compensation for crimes," however crimes are a violation of a valid law-- and there WAS no valid recognized law violated here, since the African nations SOLD the slaves and their birthrights, as was their sovereign right under recognized international law.

  • US Constitution Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 3: "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto law shall be past."

The Holocaust was ILLEGAL due to violations of legal precedents set during WWI.

What laws were broken by slavery?

    NONE.

So reprations would be BREAKING the law, in order to atone for actions which were LEGAL at the time; this would defeat the entire purpose of the law, i.e. to regulate behavior with fair warning according to accepted codes of conduct.

  • "It doesnt really matter to me what white people say or think". Right, because if a white person says anything that actually makes sense sense, at that point you will cup your hands over your ears and say GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME. Want to make something of yourself? Go to college for free. Don't want to make something of yourself? Go live in a project for free, oh excuse me, $100 a month.

  • @ShabazzAllah1 I don't recall calling you a name, but part of the problem with black people is everyone I know sees violence as an acceptable way to resolve a race conversation. As fer the subject of hair, I beg to differ. If I were to wear my hair in a ponytail, I would be HIGHLY likely to be overlooked for a job. Please find me examples of people that dont work in entertainment or fashion, but regular business jobs which have their hair in a ponytail.
