Buzzbait and Trick Worm Fishing

Caught some bass on a buzzbait and trick worm even though the bite was tough. I didnt have the camera for most of the buzzbaiting and caught 3 more off the buzzbait off camera.

how come when u fish the worm u just cast it out let it sink and real it in? no wonder u didnt catch that many fish

@taigentookadump ya...that was a good day! i havent gotten live targets yet, because they are so expensive. maybe i will get one this next tackle warehouse order

1. Play the fish a little bit before you bring them in so they are easier to handle.

2. Don't let them flop around on the grass like that. They need that protective slime coat to ward off viral/bacterial infection.

3. When using soft plastics with worm hooks and big barbs that can make it difficult to extract the hook and having problems taking the hook out simply cut the line and take the hook out backwards so youre not working against the barb.

when u fish buzz baits slow down ur retrieve sometimes the fish hit different things

were are these ponds at? what state do u live in. looks nice back there.

you could work a buzz easy through that. i work mine through lily's and duck weed. smart idea for fish in cover, if ya know how to fish a buzz through those conditions.
