Speech by President Richard Nixon on April 30, 1973 announcing the resignations of White House officials H. R. Haldeman and John Ehrlichman, as well as Attorney General Richard Kleindienst. Nixon also claims White House Counsel John Dean has resigned, although he was actually fired for co-operating with prosecutors. 1) America's biggest mistake was not supporting Jim Garrison in indicting the CIA for JFKs murder

    2) Nixon did NOT have to resign because the President is above the Law!
