We had a surplus, racist or not, the truth is the banks loaned money to a bunch of minorities that they knew could never pay it back, because if they didn't the democrats would cry racism.

no you asshole, since there are more poor whites in this country get ur facts straight. Minorities happen to benefit since they brought the standards down to allow poor whites to get home loans, but by no means was anything generated for the benefit of the minority in this country.
