Equating everyone who is not heterosexual to pedophiles and incest practitioners is not as simple as a "disagreement on social issues". It's an insult, a clear display of ignorance, and it has no place at the inauguration.

I hope you're right that he's trying to appeal to the base that Warren represents but I still think that this choice is very insensitive.

I think Obamas choice, of Warren, is purley a political one. He is trying to reach out and appeal to the base Warren represents. I don't agree with those views, but I can understand Obamas decision. Who knows if this really will matter in the long run anyway.

This so called religious leader does not bring us all together. He is a divider not a uniter. I urge Obama to find someone of true compassion and tolerance for people, a religious leader that loves all. God loves all, jesus loves all. Rick Warren his a heartless bigot.
