Sneaky you can plop an item or material into the Guides crafting area, and it will tell you the crafting recipes that use said item. Just talk to "Brett" and choose "crafting". Thumbs up so Sneaky will see.

1. When your inventory is open, to the far right of the screen there is an icon that is a house, if you click it you can see where each of the NPC's are living.

2. At night, the NPC's typically will find their way to their rooms without any means of actually getting there, so don't worry too much about them.

3. To be honest, your inventory will become so cluttered with random items as you play that it is basically futile to try and organize it :P
