Halloween costume contest at the Fallbrook Silver Spurs Fall Schooling Show, Fallbrook Riders Field (Fallbrook, CA) October 25, 2009. What a great turn out!! And....all four entries from Kids Horsin' Around riding school got ribbons! (Kristin was the Zombie bride w/mini-skeleton horse; Erin was cat riding wind-up mouse; Jolie was the Viking w/mini-Viking horse - they won first place!!! - and Jessika was beautiful Renaissance lady)

@jnrredman Go with a hippy theme i.e. love beads and flowers; maybe you coud paint flowers on your horse. If not, just put beads and flowers and tail and mane...that should do it! Have fun! Post a picture!!

my friend has won the costume contest every year, the first year she was a banana split, the second year she was an minning and her horse had like a little cart , then the trird year she was a greek goddess on a peagasus and she madewings that had a 7 foot wing span and she had like the twisted vines head piece for her and her horse and it was just amazing! but anyway those are amazing costumes! and i really like the mother nature one ;)
