  • wait...how is that 210? Those plates are too small to be 45lbs...and even if they were it would only make it 190lbs plus the rolling thunder, which does not weigh anywhere close to 20lbs

  • The plates are two 25kg, two 20kg and one 5kg. And with the setup it would even be two or three kilos more.

  • I believe it's 2-50's, 2-44's, and 1 22lb. No need to doubt anything Gabriel does. He's lifted the Inch dumbbell, which in and of itself is harder than a 200lb RT.
