Jake & Sam the Morning of Jake & Paulina's 1991 Wedding

Sam wakes up the hungover Jake. At first Jake doesn't remember that it's his and Paulina's wedding day, until Sam reminds him. Jake just wants to sleep for another 24 hours because he's hearing bells in his head and figures in 24 hours he'll either be dead or feel better, and he tells Sam to wake him when it's over, but Sam insists that Jake get up because Sam has to get Jake sobered up before the ceremony. Jake takes a shower, and Sam gives him hot tea. Sam is more nervous about the wedding than Jake, and asks Jake why he isn't nervous. Jake replies that he's too hung over to be nervous. When Sam starts reminiscing about his and Amanda's wedding day and honeymoon, Jake asks if he's still in love with Amanda. Sam admits that he is, but it's a problem for everyone--him, Olivia, Alli. He was devastated when Amanda left him. Jake says he was devastated when Marley left him, and he's not the best example, but he's back in the saddle. Sam says that's why it's so important that everything goes right today. Olivia arrives; Sam asked her to meet him there to take him to the church to get things ready for the ceremony. Sam and Olivia both tell Jake he looks like hell. Olivia can't make it to the ceremony because she has a dance rehearsal, but she gives Jake a good-luck hug and promises to be at the reception in time for cocktails. When Olivia says that Jake could be a little nervous, he says that beneath his calm exterior, he's a nervous wreck. Thanks to Wendy for the scenes.
