i agree with susique, rinse your quinoa first and cook it with some stock or miso to make it extra yummy. it's also wonderful sprouted, especially in salads ;)

I rinse my quinoa just until the water rinses clean. Sometimes I find the grain a wee bit bitter if I dont. This looks like a wonderful recipe!
