Zawahiri is already celebrating the victory in Iraq and Afghanistan and yet the Taliban are negotiating.

Why would the Taliban even consider negotiations if they are winning the war?

The Taliban have not won anything....you obviously have no clue what you are talking about because if you had, you would know that the Taliban have been sheltered,protected by ISI, otherwise doing hit and runs across the border(durrand line) is not called a victory!

Secondly what kind of negotiations would these be if the only acceptable outcome to the Taliban would be the very thing they are fighting eachother over in the first place?
