@fullpullprez I bought this plane too, my first airplane for learning. I crashed it on solid rock the first time so after almost 40 crash it continue flying, so it less beautifull than first time:) A little bit difficult to stabilize on start but after this it fly very well. Great airplane, I tryed 8x4 (because I destroyed my other 16 propeller, I bought them by dozen lol) but it's not great, 8x6 is better.
I recommend it, very nice to see acrobatic figure :D I'm not as this step :)
Great Vid

I just got this ARF what a nice plane for the price. I am how ever having an issue. First flight didn't get more then 3 feet of ground, wouldn't clime any more. It was like it was under powered. I'm charging the battery again ,maybe the battery was not fully charged. I have seen other post with similar issue but not seen any solutions posted. I’m charging the battery now and will try again later

....and then, comes the issue of bad Chinese quality. its a geared motor and the gear shaft is made out of REALLY bad and soft quality metal, VERY malleable that bends with the slightest crashes. got it hammered and straightened out first. 2nd flight, it got way bent out of proportion. da propellers kept breaking even as it dipped nose in da grass. the wooden motor mount holder bent & crushed the foam inside. all those were bad chinese stuff. if you upgrade it [extra $100 and up] it can be good.

i just got this plane from Bananahobby, and got only 2 flights out of it !! wont say its a bad plane .its nice,he wing is nice and wide with a good dihedral and nice lift. its pretty fast and all,but first issue is the radio - it is NOT a 2.4GHZ and i have been LOTS of glitches and interference on it. Infact, i have left the plane on the ground with the transmitter on and plane battery plugged in to wait and see and i could see like every 2 minutes the control surfaces move by themselves.

@fullpullprez is there a free glue in the box
-
pete is there a free epoxy in this box

I bought this plane as my first plane to learn to fly...its is great for learning! I have crashed it over 50 times and everytime it has been completely repairable and nothing important to flight has been broken. The EPO foam is super strong and the motor provides ample power. I am going to buy another one now that I know how to fly!!! It is definitely worth it! The only thing that breaks on every crash almost is the propellers so stock up! I recommend the 8x6...works perfect for the power!

This is a great choice if you do have some basic knowledge. It is much more sturdy than many of the airplanes on the market. Check out some flight simulators. They are great for learning if you feel you are not confident for now.
