20090124 警方突襲群賢樓靜坐現場，強制拆除驅離

2009/01/24上午不到九點鐘時，中正一分局出現在群賢樓現場，在未任何警示之下強制將現場物品、標語、旗幟等全部拆除，並驅趕現場民眾。

警方二度舉牌，所持理由居然是蔡丁貴教授長期率眾佔據群賢樓，造成環境髒亂、社會秩序混亂....所以警方將予以強制驅離，這是什麼荒謬的理由，警方沒開任何一張跟環保有­關的告發單，現場也沒有環保相關單位會勘證明該處有違環境整齊，用這種理由來掩飾警方的蠻橫實在可笑。

在 5、60位優勢警力下，所有物品被迅速拆卸並運送離開現場，偉大的人民保母不但當起清潔隊員親自搬運物品，更拿起掃把、水管清洗地面。隨後，警方立刻將現場架上鐵架隔離，­並用封鎖線將群賢樓現場封鎖不再讓任何人進入，這是不是也代表日後所有人都不得進出群賢樓，包括立院裡的諸官與職員呢？

立法院內有個美國籍立委李慶安在裡面靠著立委身份躲避國籍問題長達 319天，立法院中國國民黨不但不主動將李慶安解職，還企圖掩護李慶安。然而，立院外民眾正當合理的訴求，卻遭警方不斷的蠻橫對待。

年節將近，馬英九政府對台灣人權的迫害絲毫不手軟、絲毫不鬆懈，這一切一切的作為，看在台灣人民眼裡，該作何感想？

Starting October 25, 2008, Professor Ting-Kuei Tsay (蔡丁貴教授) of National Taiwan University went on hunger strike in front of the Legislative Yuan of ROC Regime in Taiwan until he was hospitalized. He wishes to see the Referendum Law of ROC Regime amended soon so that "direct" civil rights can be exercised by the people of Taiwan.

Ma Ying-jeou, current president of the ROC regime (in exile) is probably the only Harvard Law School graduate that has shamelessly told lies and given empty promises to gain his political status. Actually, he had willingly acted as a spy student for the KMT-led authoritarian regime while he was a Harvard student! And now he neglects totally the majority opinion of Taiwan citizens and attempts to sell the sovereignty of free Taiwan to the PRC regime!
