buddy.. by best players in the world i'm referring to the NHL.. sorry... players in the "best league in the world" There are many 'prettier' breakaway goals than this one... but if you know what you're talking about and watch the game.. you'd see that Saku Koivu scores 8 out of 10 times with a similar move... oh and if you don't believe in the poke check.. talk to Hasek (hall of fame).. I don't like him but it sure workd for him... go back to beer league buddy.

are you fuckin kidding me? i easily know more about the game than you do. you lost any credibility you had by considering stamkos "best players in the world" he's good but hes certianly not good enough to be in the group of "best players". Im a fan of stamkos and all but get real. have you ever seen a goalie play positionally and not attempt the poke check and make the easy save? apparently you havent otherwise you would understand this, clearly you dont.

i love when ppl question how the best players in the world play... stamkos was obviously going for the deke... I guess you have never seena poke check on a deke before... ever played the game?

honestly.. that wasnt THAT great of a goal by Stamkos.
Had Fluery just played positionaly like he should have it would of been an easy save.

Nah I saw it. I guess maybe I'm just incredibly surprised that Crosby scored a goal where the puck was in the air when it crossed the line.
