  • did you gear this down? I never can wheelie like this unless I'm in 1st, or in 2nd and try really hard. Am I supposed to stand on the pegs?

  • @soccerballtux Yes...42 tooth rear sprocket (40 tooth is standard). I think it is the perfect gearing for this bike. I just keep my feet in normal position so I can cover the rear brake.

  • @InsaneSV1000s So after you used 42 tooth sprocket , is it still good for traveling longer distances at speeds 160-180 km/h ??

  • @hateutubepolicy Yes, I frequently drive long distances on it. The only problem is my poor fuel economy, but that already went out the window when I tuned my Power Commander. I only get about 25 miles per gallon, but my priority is performance rather than economy. It still gets twice what my Chevy Tahoe gets anyway! :)

  • @soccerballtux Watch the video again. Looks like he is clutching it before he pops the wheelie.

  • @soccerballtux look up a video of how to clutch into a wheelie. this guy is doing roll on wheelies and those are super easy to lose control of on launch and come down. for clutch in you basically get moving, pull the clutch in and bump the rpms up about 2000 rpm and engage clutch again. practice it in 1st gear with protective gear on and learn how to pull the bike up onto its pivot point.

  • sweeeeeeeet.

  • @Insane SV1000s Your bike has a TQ problem...Not ! ----What was your MPG before, Or the best you would get. They are nice bikes. Ride safe, yl

  • hey what was your top speed with standard sprocket.. and is your top speed with the 42 sprocket and poser commander ? :)

  • Hello from Wales. It's odd that you say you lost mpg when tuning your PowerCommander. Mine went up from 42ish when taking it easy to around 49mpg. My own bike, a K3 naked has the standard gearing.
