You can make a new folder named media in your cstrike folder if you dont have it already and then you can paste your songs inside it [mp3 format works]. For steam ppl, You have to go to c:/programfiles/counterstrike/
steamapps/(your steam name)/counter-strike/cstrike/m edia [in this folder you put song] Hope this help !!

i want to change it on CZ but it just change the MP3 into the old one when i start the game

I am not entirely sure,but I think this file-change works only on CS 1.6...

Oh...I know from what the problem is.You gotta check what format the song is.If you are using something like FLV player,its not gonna work.You can try to convert the song with MP3 to ringtone-gold edition,just google it.
