  • This makes no sense. I have this car. It's brake's are absolutely outstanding. Whoever was driving this car must have had no idea what they were doing. The 0-62mph times on this car are around 5.0 seconds. 5.5 for this guy to 60??? Whatever...

  • what?!? 5.5?!? the driver must shift like a grandma!

really? You're either an idiot or a horrible driver. Why are you wasting keystrokes posting this?

  • @geoffrey2k 0-60 around 5 second is not true. trust me it's more of 7.5 for the A5 and 6.5 for the S5.

  • @geoffrey2k Yeah same I have a s5 and the brakes are just fine and way faster 0-60

  • 14.2 on the 1/4 mile? LOL!

  • What's really interesting about this video is that when you type, "Motorweek BMW" into the YouTube search box, this video appears. VW/Audi gorilla marketing we meet again.

  • this is an interesting car, and surely well made...but it loses is most simple spec sheet comparisons...even a mustang gt, at half the price, is faster with same carrying capacity. So other than 4 wheel drive, whcih most people do not need, and exclusivity, I am not sure who buys these. And No, I do not own a mustang...in fact this thing is slower in the qtr than my old s2000 with a 2 liter 4 cyl...and compared to my AMG, this thing is anchored to the curb...

  • I agree with geoffrey2k, my breaks are GREAT and I drive it hard, they may have tested the breaks after all of their performance testing. This will soften them. the 0-60 time is the slowest I've seen in R&T, C&D and MT have tested it as low as 4.5 and as high as 4.7 and all had 1/4 mile at 13.1 or 13.2. I will say the clutch is not the easiest to use in fast shifting and dead stop sprints if you're not used to it. They mentioned issues with the gear box and I bet that was the issue.

  • 5 people with no taste

  • @geoffrey2k The homos at Motorweek are ALWAYS slower than the magazines with their 0-60 and quarter times. I have no clue why.

  • congratulations- you have just made an beautiful piece of engineering sound as cheap as an As seen on Tv commercial
