Here the second flat frame layer panel is being laminated on to the deck and first frame layer, all the panels start life flat and then are bent on to the rocker jig to form a laminated parallel profile surfboard, with the rocker already in place.

The surfboard is the 12 foor sistership to the FP 13 which is in Hawaii, the 12 footer is the original design from 1997

  • The next step is to do the same laminating trick with the bottom planking panel, this completes the board structure which is then ready for cutting out and shaping
