Just head to the link I provided in the description, go to the green "Downloads" button a bit down the page, right before the explanation of what the mod is. Two files will pop up: one is regular Servant of the Dawn, and the other is for SI. Pick the one that you need (give the description a read) and download it.

How do I start the questline, because i used an alternate start, which stopped the main quest

You can try the console command for skipping the main quest: setstage MQ16 100
