Komodo Dragon eating some rats

while at the louisville zoo, i got to witness one of the keepers feed a komodo dragon. apparently, they kill the rats right before they're fed to the lizard. cool

@LuminousSword Feeding live food is not for pointless fun. Chasing after food is great excercise for them. speaking of which that komodo looks way over weight, and from what the keeper was saying in the vid, it is. Large reptiles do not need to eat every day. And in fact shouldn't be feed every day. The keeper said he had 4 rats the day before and is now getting another 2.
