  • Which store did you buy this router from?!! I NEED TO KNOW!!

  • how long have you had this router ? i get netgears and for some reason they always ...take a crap on my about two months having it.

  • Thanks

  • I use a linksys: wireless G router, and I NEVER get 4 bars on MW3. [xbox 360.] Will this give me 4 bars and actually put me AHEAD of my enemies? I'm usually 1/2 second to 2 seconds behind them, so it's pretty much impossible for me to get streaks.

  • Hey I saw this vid and thought : MAN U HAVE TO BUY THIS ROUTER !! but ive got a question, is that router good for playing on a ps3 ? I know u explained in the vid but is it good for hosting lobby...? Thx

  • someone help me...will i get four bar connection if my xbox is running wireless on this router??

  • @PatchedTv The Xbox has never been the victim of online exploits to date.It has no shell, no html or text editor, no remote control from ip, and the network is closed and proprietary. Unless you have a modded xbox there really is no worry. Not to say it couldn't happen, it is just very unlikely. I have run my 360 outside of the firewall for about 3 years now with no problems

  • @dimesach But dosent that mean that hackers can have a Hacking spree with you because no firewall protecting it?

  • @5linx471660 open a web browser, type 192.128.0.1 admin for user name, password for password. Go to advanced tab, select firewall, scroll to DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) select your xbox ip from the list, check box to enable DMZ, scroll up, save, reboot. This puts your Xbox 360 outside of the dlink's firewall, giving it direct access to the internet. There is no need to firewall a Xbox anyway.

  • @stydel311 you would gain a little more depending on the quality and type, but it is still limited by the power of the transmitter. Your router might support OpenWRT custom firmware, it gives you the ability to adjust transmitter power. Google it.
