my cd does not start up, it spins a bit, then stops, and thats it

ive installed it and everything, but whenever i go to write with it, the blue light turns red and the mouse arrow wont move... help?

I need help...Whenever It says I am done setting it up, it says 4010 error. So the CD can't install the application. What's weird is I have the icon Bamboo-Shortcut on my computer.

@Uzuragitouren56 You should be able to jump online and visit our website to download the newest Driver. This driver software will help synch your computer with the tablet, making it functional. No need for the CD.

do you have to plug in the tablet to your laptop everytime you use it? cause i want to like bring it to places and use it.... and i dont want to bring my laptop and the tablet....

@dlman21 We do have a Wireless tablet available. Check out the Intuos4 Wireless product. The battery life on the wireless charge is about 8 hours, but then you can plug it in to recharge.

No, Bamboo is compatible with both Mac and PC.
