Because with all theese zombie movies made on the cheap, they all nick names from other genres ect. to cash in on the name ... so in most european countries, they all have diferent names. Its to confusing to understand, so I've just given up lol

Zombie Flesh-Eaters was known as Zombi 2 in it's native Italy where it was seen as a kind of unofficial sequel to George Romero's Dawn of the Dead which was re-titled Zombi for it's Italian release, hence Zombi 2.Hope that answers your question.

actually Romero's "dawn of the dead" is called "zombie" in Europe and this movie was considered as a non oficial sequel. In france it's named "l'enfer des zombies"

I was 13 when I saw this and it scared the absolute shit out of me and I never,EVER forgot that music.I was too scared to look out of the windows at night for ages.We went to Italy and I was shitting myself going in the water because of the scene with the zombie and the shark.Masterpiece.That one of the most impressive theme music I have heard.I watch it to this day though and it still gives me the creeps but in a good way.What an impact good stuff : )
