Tim Stokes and Adam K aka AK45 have both been on fire lately, with tracks coming out here, there and everywhere including their Toolbox collaboration 'Skinhook'. Tim has somehow even managed to get Nukleuz to sign a genuine hard house track again. These two are very much stars of the future with the backing of major labels and DJing slots increasing up and down the country.

Gutterpunk is the filth track of the EP, engineered by Riggsy. It features a monster kick (think Rough'n'Tough) coupled with an evil chugging bassline. The rest of the track is really well constructed, with stabs and vocal snippets in all the right places but for me it's all about the kick and bass. Especially the kick patterns... quality. The riff is also a bit of a huge affair, a kind of old skool sounding evil stabby thing that sounds huge in a club. To compete with the kick and bass it would have to be! Excellent track.
