When I first met Public Enemy's Co-Founder Hank Shocklee, I talked to him over the course of two days, kind of intentionally playing with his mind. In a positive way. At the end of the conversation, I told him I was going to get him some wind chimes. I don't know why exactly, it just seemed right. So I looked for the perfect set of wind chimes and then, instead of just sending him the chimes, I digitally sampled them and created a DVD with hours of samples in it. This was a lot of fun, and there are even videos for each sample and a tribute to Public Enemy that I made in 1998 on the DVD. Since there are three chimes , I had a video for each chime, with samples accompanying the video. Anyway, enjoy the video- this is one of two trailers I made about the project.
