The Father of Rock and Roll!! Wynonie was the first to add that hard beat on 2 and 4 in his remake of "Good Rockin' Tonight," and the rest was history. Keep in mind that both "R&B" and Rock and Roll were coined in about the same year: 1947 when his "Good Rockin' came out. The reason most people today don't give the early black originators of rock the credit they deserve is probably due somewhat to the confusion between the two terms. If it had the hard beat on 2 and 4 it WAS Rock and Roll

I checked if this song was used in Fallout 3.
It wasn't.
Either it's too awesome to be used in a video game or we'll hear it there one day.
