This is not really a "How To" Video but more of just a documentary of my progress in reviving my precious AE86 Toyota Corolla SR5.

hey i just got an ae86 1987 and im having a problem starting it... ive been told that the injectors are not getting a signal from the ecu but i have tried several different ecu's any thoughts.. coments.. fellings of anger or rage??

Are you sure its ths injectors not firing?

The only time i ever had a problem with injectors not firing is when i had a loose connection to the ECU.

We recently had an issue getting a buddies GTS running where the injectors appeared to not fire, what ended up being the issue was power to the fuel pump was intermitent.

@Jehuty77 I forgot to metion, we even replaced the fuel pump but it made no difference, it was the actual fuel to the pump that was causing it.

The breakdown happened ont he 401 Right near the Younge Street exit.

We're in Southern Ontario

Not far from the GTA (Near Hamilton/Burlington Area)

i just bought a ae86 1987 coupe i have sense taken out the engine took the engine all apart in like 3 hours the now the engine is in the machine shop cause it had a knock in the engine but other wise i have a lot to go still and i am only 17 but yeah i like all the ae86's in the drive way.
