the fuckin deadlift gives this good posture u want.The huge back it produces will make u look so strong and big most people dont realize this.I mean look at people in gyms their juicing their minds out and they still look small.Why:?U dont wanna dealift huh? :)

Damn man after watching the first and second video I had to pause in the middle of this one just to tell you, Your a F*in Smart guy man that brain of yours sure does posess a lot of knowledge I learn new things from your video all the time. Im 19 years old and your like an inspiration man, I haven't said I wanna grow up and be like that guy in a long time. Keep up the good work man its well appreciated.

Elliot you are bolstering the decision I have already made to get into proper alignment. I am glad to have reassurance that correct alignment/posture are important in strongman training and that I am not the only one doing things like Egoscue. Thank you
