Danish Bottle Return

Here is a video of the bottle recycling system we have here in Denmark. The bottle has a PANT label on it A, B, or C to determine how much you get in return. You must keep the labels on, because the machine reads the barcode (as well as some other items). You must NOT crush the cans *Awww crap I forgot to take the cans down* and bottles. When you are finished, you push a button to get a slip with your money amount, and you take it to the cash register, or there is a button to donate to charity.

Pretty simple. There appears to be some other functional parts of the return system where you can put a whole case of bottles below and it scans them somehow. However, I'm unclear on this.

@Tiamatify I've heard of PKU before back in my psychopharmacology class in highschool. LOONG time ago :) The second article seems a bit more on base and makes sense. Does it fullly apply to me...maybe. I've also been clear that I just need to be sensible about portion control. I eat pretty healthy otherwise. Is that the same for everyone else...no. I like "diet" soda mainly because I like the sweet taste without all the extra sugar. there may be more to it...but it seems inconclusive.

We have some T-600 machines in norway (An machine identic to that one in the video) and they getting that fail some times to. and when they getting that fail they not want to print the reciept. so you have to wait for the machine printing it self when it not want to wait for bottles more

i personally love and hate those machines. i love them because they are neat and no human error. but (and that is a big BUT) almost ½ of the time either they are out of order or fuck up while i am stuffing the cans & bottles. for example, last week we had around 60 cans and had to travel around 3 places to recycle...machines kept fucking up...wonder which crappy company manufactures them!
