Max being bad

This is our 9 week old Yorkshire terrier. We put him in the laundry room so he learns to use the puppy pad when we aren't home. Somehow he kept getting out. So i Set up video to catch him in the act, and couldn't believe what I saw when we watched it. BAD PUPPY, but smart as hell!!

Oh, for Chrissakes, people, the dog is okay. I'm more than sure if the dog showed any sign of really being in trouble (say, getting his leg stuck or something of that sort), the owner would have helped. Besides, the dog has had a history of getting out. The dog knows what he's doing. And, yes, the dog could actually have his footing off one time, but I'm more than certain this problem was rectified once the owner saw the entire thing and knew how to fix it.
