NBA needs to start making more videos like this. Just to show what the players are really like, how hard they practice, and what sacrifices they make. Hopefully that should make us appreciate them a little bit more.

Actually it would be the other way around, Jordan was almost always a shooting guard, with a few occasions where he would play small forward, you probably have only watched the wizards MJ where he played small forward more often

Kobe could only shoot better beyond the 3 point line, inside the arc MJ was a better mid-range player and inside player it isn't even a comparison, the post-up fadeaway was MJ's bread and butter and he shot near 50% with it averaging around 30
Your argument about Kobe not starting as a rookie is funny because if he couldn't even get into the starting lineup over guys like Van Exel or Eddie Jones, how would he play at the level MJ did as a rookie?
