Chaining Dogs, Good or Bad? It's a No-Brainer

Meet my foster lab, Banshee. Banshee spent the first six years of his life attached to this chain and this doghouse. Scarring on his neck indicates his collar even embedded. Six years, without tennis balls, without swimming, and without human interaction. Banshee deserved better, and now he WILL have it. Chaining dogs, good or bad? I use to have my dog chained up until I saw my dad put a choke collar on him. I remembered what happened to our last two dogs that he did that to and the chain embedded into their necks. I confronted him about it (I literally started bitching) and the next day I got a pic message from my sister showing him in a fenced off area with a nice dog house, toys and other stuff. They can't walk him like I use to or play for hours on end, but I'm going to get him. I just hope he doesn't pee in the car.

Makes myself wonder what has happened to the world. There are some pretty awful people out there. Dog abuser's should be more then charged & forgiven, or let go without any correction. They should be treated the way they treated their pets.
