Explanation "How to do ?"
1. Keep staring at the dot in the first pic.
2. When the second appears keep staring at the dot, for a few seconds for your eyes it seems that the second pic is in colors which actually is not, just in black and white.

I was like how is this an illusion? and then when I was gonna rewind it to see it again, it went black and white!

your eyes have trouble with the first image and the first image was reverse colours to the norm when it release the focus ....my thoughts

WTF?!?!?!
i did it and it was like: bam colour!
and then bam~! black and white!
i didn't believe it, so i rewound it, and it was just straight black and white.
