The title of the tutorial maybe misleading... you are demonstrating how to recover from a "formatted partition",not a RAW partition. I just stumpled upon this tutorial because I am on my to find a way to recovery a RAW drive. (Drive that when you click, it says "this drive is not formatted, would you like to format it now" that sort... desperately needing to recovery some important data). But anyway, i do hope this could help other people that need help with recover from formatted drives.

This stupid guy mentioned to format the disk. Which you dont have to do.
EASEUS recovers RAW partition without formating.
If you do format the drive then you will not be able to recover files with their original names, if there was a possibility.

biggest issue is it takes soooooooooooooooo long to fix bigger(320g) HD,,,,, any possible software to make those bigger drive faster recovery.
