Summer 2009 Off-Season Training with the 5/3/1 Method. These are the results from the second week of the second month. The extra rest helped this week. The DL experiment is over. I wasn't enjoying it anyway.

  • Nice Pull ups!

  • Try this off season training experiment: Work too much, sleep too little, eat crap on the way to the gym, wonder why your lifting sucks. (BTW, very nice job on the pullups.)
