the israeli media showed footage from gaza every night and even did live interviews with people in gaza. al jazeera on the other hand had almost no coverage of the israeli side.

Truth is truth, falsehood is falsehood.
However Israel tries to justify its actions, it can't! 13 Israeli's killed - 3 were civilians, 10 were soldiers who went into fight. 1031 + Palestinians killed 40%+ are women & children, the majority civilians - bombed & blown to bits from the air, land & sea - in their homes, on their streets & in UN compounds. Theres no safe place for the Palestinians, the Israeli's are determined to destroy their will, and whats left of their city - THATS TERRORISM
