So, this is my Intercept, I bought it Friday. I'm taking it back in a day or so, once I get a chance to do so. In general, it's been a good phone, I won't deny that, but there are bugs that make it hard to tolerate with my using habits. As the video shows, once in awhile I end up with a bug that involves me pressing an app button, and it kicks me back to the home screen. It's happened with more than just Twidroyd and my standard messaging shortcut. The name of the launcher I mentioned was ADW, which works well and IS on the Android Market, and makes for a bit more customization. In general, the phone is well-made, it's a nice piece, and I honestly expect things to improve when Froyo hits, but I'm not going to be patient and wait for it to hit, so for now I guess the battery pull method I learned from my Blackberry is just a bit more tolerable. My first Android experience, so-so.
Edit : I ended up swapping the phone for a new Intercept, and the problems went away for the most part. It still had its little twitches here and there, but since Froyo came out before the end of the year, even those have went away. The phone's money now, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a good Sprint phone.

Not really a bug. More like a defective phone. Def return it.
