looks like a scam to me.

I agree with you that selling products and offering part of the proceeds to charity is commonly practiced.
What is not right is when someone from Trivani approached me telling me about the Comp Plan and I realised that hey! this guy gets a cut of what I buy! I don't mind if the company marks up its product prices so a cut goes to humanitarian organizations but the over-riding of commissions equates to ponzi schemes to most people.

Hey Mamaros56- any MLM is built on a person getting a cut of the commissions. That is how they all work. There is no mark up because there is very little overhead compared to a regular biz. What is different about Trivani is that they only keep a 1-2% fund and the rest of the profits go to the humanitarian efforts. The company isn't in it for themselves. They pay the distributors more so they have happy distributors. Happy distributors means more kids are saved. Simple and effective

Sounds too good to be true. ALL MLM companies offer high, residual income once you work your way to the top. The only difference is that Trivani uses the lure of humanitarian acts to recruit people. The thing is IF YOU WANT TO HELP THE UNDERPRIVILEGED YOU GIVE WITHOUT EXPECTING ANYTHING BACK. Least of all, making money out of people is a ponzi scheme.

Hi Mamaros56. You are right, MLM companies offer residual income plans and Trivani uses humanitarian aid to attract distributors and clients. But Ponzi scheme? As a legitimate MLM business it can't be a ponzi. There are hundreds of companies that use causes to sell products. Take a walk through any cosmetic counter and you'll see pink ribbons on packaging with the promise of funds donated to breast cancer. People love to buy things they know will help others. Trivani is a smart MLM
