This all seems uncannily reminiscent of the "controversy" over the health effects of tobacco in the late 1950's and early 60's.

What's interesting to note is how many morons completely ignore what is at issue here: that Plimer is a fucking liar and can't substantiate his dumb-ass claims!! But then again, since when have shit-for-brains deniers been interested in facts.

@bannor99 One of the funny things about your comment of Bush Sr first proposing Cap and Trade,(which is probably true) is the fact that during an interview, Obama claimed Cap and trade was his idea.

@gunfart Is it? Where is your evidence that that is "how it normally works"? Volcanologists don't predict volcanos to get funding. Oncologists don't falsely diagnose cancers for the money. Why do you believe that climate scientists are particularly devious in this regard?
