this dude is cold....nice looking punch..looks like mine...the only thing he didnt mention is that you should square your hips (not your feet!!!!) and pivot your back foot when throwing that straight....thats how he's making that fuckin bag "pop" everytime he hits it......and he's not even throwing hard....mainly coming from squaring his hips and pivoting his back foot PLUS taking that initial step to create momentum..

This guys videos are great. Traditional boxing fundamentalist. He teaches boxing, not cardio exercise on a punching bag. We need more trainers like this. I'm tired of the dude on steriods with the fohawk and the tribal tattoos trying to rip me off for an hour of dance classes around a heavy bag.
