SLANTED or DIAGONAL FRENCH for NAILS magazine: robin moses nail art design tutorial

(found in the HOT nail playlist) here is a basic tutorial for how to do a slanted or diagonal french manicure to go along with a nail featured in NAILS magazine. i kept going and made a bright beautiful palm tree design to show you that this design can go ANYWHERE! (2 tutorials in one!) i hope you guys like it and show everyone, this is a perfect summer design! tsssss!!!!
