Have you ever considered the idea that the world doesn't revolve around you and that what you think is "such a little thing" might not be so little to someone else? And that your lack of understanding regarding a certain issue could actually has to do with your own lack of comprehension or ignorance, and not necessarily be the fault of the person bringing it up?

I want to make clear I'm criticizing the media's portrayal of her more than I am criticizing her as a person. Since I don't know if their image of her is actually an accurate descriptor of her as an individual, if she's been propelled to act a certain way to gather appeal, etc...

I think the LGBT community was upset because she calls her cat ChazzBono as in Sonny and Cher's daughter - who is part of the LGBT community and clearly she's just being insensitive towards one person due to her lifestyle.

Okay, I saw all the comments before I watched the video. I know plenty of trans people and any time there's the opportunity I involve myself with fighting for LGBT rights. She did not say ANYTHING in this video that is offensive to trans people, so I'd assume you're referring to something she said elsewhere. Otherwise, you've blown this entire thing out of proportion. I kept waiting for her to say something that related to transgenders. SPOILER ALERT - she didn't. She talked about energy.
