Be sure to have a Silver or enchanted weapon or be a good mage, as only those can kill ghosts. You also need to be a level 2 if not already. In this video we kill the Will o the Wisp and get the Glow Dust, then talk to Azura and then head to the Gutted Mine.

@TheMrKjw I have no clue what you're getting at, but as far as I can tell, glitches are patched with, well, patches, and make the game less fun because you skip half the game. Sorry if you like that.

Dude, can you please post a video explaining how to properly use that conversation wheel? (Where you admire/bribe/joke,etc.) I don't understand that stupid thing at all.

@PunisherPlaythroughs I wouldn't even be able to. 3 years of playing this game and it STILL makes no sense, even with other guides. I think it was some failed new feature they put in, everyone just bribes them anyway.

@PunisherPlaythroughs i have the xbox version and basically when you highlight a section of the wheel their facial expression tells you if they love, like, dislike, or hate your action. and you have to basically pick the bigger yellow pieces on the love and like and the smaller yellow pieces for dislike and hate.
